Social Media

 

My digital role with the LUSH social media team was unique as the business was opposed to the use of paid marketing.

 

I was solely responsible for strategising, creating, sourcing, and scheduling daily social media content using Hootsuite, for eight social channels across the Australian and New Zealand business.

 

Built off monthly reporting, I implemented creative strategies to organically drive growth across our channels. My strategy highlighted user generated content, purpose driven messaging, campaigning materials and new products. LUSH has since made the move to step away from their social channels in response to growing concerns about the mental health effects of social media.
